Three words: GO SEE IT!
This movie does live up to all of the hype. Ray Charles’ life is a tremendously engrossing tale, and the way it is told AND the superb acting are just incredible. Whether you appreciate his music or not, it is well worth seeing this movie, simply to bring back some of the joy of good cinema.
I’m going to stop right here. It’s simple – you HAVE to go see this movie. Period.
